Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts. Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities Include:
• Welcome guests to the venue
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name
• Greet customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist wait staff as needed
Requirements Necessary:
• Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Experience in managing reservations
• Demonstrable customer-service skills
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
• Availability to work in shifts as needed
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus

Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Preparing food including cleaning, cutting the ingredients, cooking, and plating appetizers, pizzas, salads, and desserts
• Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

• Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen
• Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
• Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
• Assist servers with food delivery
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
Qualifications Necessary:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card

We are looking for an experienced Sauté Cook. The successful candidate will employ its culinary skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction, and supporting our kitchen staff by learning and perfecting our pasta and Italian speciality dishes.
Responsibilities Include:
• Prepare all ingredients needed for daily use
• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
• Ensures all dishes meet our portion and quality standards
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean and meets our quality standards
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills Necessary:
• Must have experience as a saute cook, preferably in fine dining
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in working in a busy, fast-paced environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- FINE DINING REQUIREMENT: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a server and/ or bartender in a fine dining restaurant.
- WINE KNOWLEDGE: extensive wine knowledge is an absolute must. Must be able to demonstrate a vast wine knowledge of California, Italian, French & Southern hemisphere offerings and assist guests with wine selections, pairings and upselling, enhancing guest dining experience.
- ALCOHOL KNOWLEDGE: understanding of craft cocktails, keeping up with trends in the industry and a broad knowledge of American, Italian and other worldly brands.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Reliable, hardworking, self-motivated excellent customer service skills; warm, friendly, and service-oriented. Must be impeccably groomed, maintain good hygiene, good posture, professional appearance and demeanor
- Consistently be able to assess, anticipate and meet guests’ needs and respond quickly without losing focus or projecting a mood that detracts from guests’ dining experience.
- Communicate in a professional manner with guests, coworkers and management.
- Must be able to adapt to different personalities of guests and coworkers without losing focus.
- Must have the ability to comprehensively understand the menu’s food and beverage items and communicate to guests effectively and accurately.
- Must recognize problems when they arise and be able to resolve them appropriately by using good judgment, tact and initiative according to company policy and procedure.
- Must ensure a clean and organized workspace per side work guidelines
- Ability to understand and execute management’s instructions, read written company memorandums, and communicates when he or she needs more direction.
